Keep sealed in bag at room temperature. Do not store in fridge. Eat within 7 days.

Freezing is perfectly fine! Freeze right away in an air-tight container. Eat within the next 3 months.

Bake in preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5-10 minutes or until your personal toasty preference is achieved.
(Toaster works really well for individual slices! Go modern technology!)
